We are registered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out company audit work.

We can also provide an Independent Examination.

We provide service at a cost that is normally lower than larger accountancy practices but with great expertise and quality and as external auditors, We can help companies by reviewing their systems asnd control procedures.

You need to have a statutory audit if:

• You are a limited company with a turnover of over £6.5m, or with gross assets of over £3.26m and more than 50 employees
• You are a charity with income of more than £500,000 or gross income exceeds £250,000 and gross assets exceed £3.26m

If you are a charity and your Gross income is between £250,000 and £500,000 and your gross assets are less than £3.26m then you will require an Independednt Examination..
